A breathtaking event on August 15th at Le Agavi Hotel in Positano with music, traditional Neapolitan food and fireworks. 

A three-day party that will make glamorous every corner of the hotel: “La Serra Restaurant” “The Hall Terrace” and“The Remmese Restaurant” at the private beach. Three special evenings starting from Sunday, August 13th with the show “Nuttata e’ sentimento”. Serenades in the moonlightwith the most beautiful 
Italian and international melodies at “La Serra Restaurant”.

Monday, August 14th, fireworks at Remmese during the procession on the sea in honour of the “Black Madonna”. At “Remmese Restaurant”  you can enjoy the Tarantella Show, an union of traditions, dancing and costumes mixtogether in one magical event.

Great closure on Tuesday, 15th with one of the most deeply-rooted local traditions on the Amalfi Coast: “Fireworks from the Sea” in honour of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. You can enjoy the show, starting at the stroke ofmidnight, either from the Remmese Beach or from the terrace of La Serra restaurant, where you can taste a special dinner by the resident Chef Luigi Tramontano, enlivened bymusic of the “Italian Ensamble” on a journey throughmusic, irony and delicacy.

      at “La Serra Restaurant”

  • Aperitif (crispy seaweed with oyster sauce, amberjack marinated with buffalo yogurt sauce and dill, burrataoyster and raspberry, calzoncino filled with ricotta cheese and basil)
  • Orange marinated tuna with Bronte pistachios on wildberries sauce and salted mint meringue.
  • Potato violet Gnocchi with tarragon cannolicchi and caviar.
  • Blue Lobster on vegetables cous cous and curcuma, orange mayonnaise.
  • Positano honeydew syrup, Amarelli licorice crumble and pink grapefruit sorbet
  • Figs, Avola almonds and prickly pear sorbet.

  • Classic Sea salad with fennel octopus, escarole and cherry tomatoes
  • Mezzi Paccheri from Gragnano with potatoes, mussels and tuna bottarga
  • Amberjack with lemon, clams and vegetable caponata.
  • Pear and Ricotta cheese cake
