"Positano Gourmet, dinner with the stars”, the first appointment

Last Friday, great satisfaction of the guests attending “Positano Gourmet, dinner with the stars”, the first appointment with an overview celebrating the Mediterranean cuisine held at restaurant “La Serra”, Le Agavi Hotel in Positano.

A sublime meeting between art and food in a “four hands“ special dinner, as a result of the collaboration between the Resident chef Luigi Tramontano and the guest Chef Fabrizio Albini, new executive Chef of The Stage Replay in Milan.

A menu full of surprises and experiments starting from the aperitif and focusing on the “Krapfen parmesan cheese and nuts” followed by a “Bloodymari”. Rich and fresh “almond and lemon ravioli” served with “mullet and capers”. An exquisitely tasty “pork ribs with evo oil, laurel, pumpkin blossoms and Franciacorta.

The dinner ended in style with the well-known dessert “on the seashore” which catapults us in a blue oasis coasted along by explosive-flavoured pebbles: a scenic dish with a very peculiar aftertaste.

Gourmet dinners at Le Agavi Hotel’s restaurant “La Serra” affirmed their incredible success once more, thanks to Chef Tramontano’s skills, King Mida of cuisine, illustrious cooperation of great prestige and, of course, the breathtaking location.

Next event, not to be missed, is on the 1st of August with the Resident Chef Tramontano and the guest Chef Salvatore Bianco, Michelin star, executive chef of the gourmet restaurant of the Romeo Hotel in Naples.
