Getting here

By car

To reach us by car, take the A1 highway to Naples. Then continue on the A3 highway until you reach the Castellammare di Stabia exit. Continue on Route 145 towards the Amalfi Coast. Cross Meta di Sorrento and follow, on the left, the signs for Positano in the direction of SS163. Hotel Le Agavi graces the landscape just before the town center, marked by its distinctive entrance adorned with three fluttering flags. You can leave your car in the private parking lot available to our guests.

By plane

There is no direct connection from Naples Capodichino Airport to the Amalfi Coast, but there are several options available to reach Positano and Hotel Le Agavi if you are traveling by plane.

You can opt for the bus and take the Curreri Viaggi service from Naples airport to Sorrento station, and then take the SITA bus to Positano. The total journey time is approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes, with a one-way cost of €12.

Another possibility is the train: you can take the Circumvesuviana line to Sorrento and then transfer to a SITA bus or ferry from Sorrento to Positano (more information in the "By train" section).

As a third option, you can take a taxi or choose to book our private transfer service to reach the hotel directly without complications.

By train

From Napoli Centrale train station, you can take a Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento. Once you arrive at the Sorrento train station, you can reach Positano by bus or ferry. SITA buses leave every hour and run every day. The journey typically takes around 50 minutes. Ferries set sail every 3 hours, arriving at the picturesque port of Positano in approximately half an hour.

Alternatively, you can book our transfer service that will take you directly to the hotel.

By boat

If you arrive from Naples, you can consider reaching Positano by sea. From May to October, high-speed ferries and hydrofoils depart from the Beverello pier, whisking passengers to Positano in just about 2 hours.
The companies offering this service are NLG (Navigazione Libera del Golfo) for ferries and Alilauro for hydrofoils. Both provide two daily connections: the NLG twice a week and the Alilauro from Monday to Sunday. Prices vary depending on the chosen company and the time of year, but they cost around €25 on average.
